Years ago, when Dave opened ‘Our Thrift Store’, Nathan was the first employee. They painted mailboxes together, fixed up the space on Columbia Ave. and formed a loyal friendship that has endured over time. Nathan has worked part-time for years which has allowed him to also pursue his love of nature through photography and film-making. The years spent with ‘Our Thrift Store’ has given Nathan the opportunity to form lasting friendships with many others, and it has been integral for him in achieving a balanced and content life. He can now in turn, help to mentor others as they continue to work and share in relationship with one another. The security of a solid and caring environment is very rare. Both Dave and Sandy have been a blessing to not only my son but to me, his mother as well. We are very grateful and may God keep blessing their commitments on behalf of so many others.
