When Chris started working at Our Thrift Store he had two previous work experiences neither of which were positive and his self esteem was low. The Thrift Store is such a good environment where he is loved and encouraged daily. There is such a feeling of family there and he loves everyone there. He is so proud of the fact that he has a job and earns a paycheck. Sandy and Dave Krikac have set an example of how employees should be treated.
